Ongoing tasks

All ongoing tasks can be tracked from the cloud icon, you can expand to see the steps. This can be accessed from the top right corner of your page on Nygen Analytics.

• This is where all ongoing tasks are tracked, including tasks such as file uploads and analysis.
• Each submitted task will have a breakdown of the steps and show the progression of each step.

❗️ Error messages will also be logged here should any of the steps fail.

Notification for analysis

When you analyse a dataset, you will have the option to receive an email notification once the analysis completes. This option can be turned off by unchecking the box before starting a new analysis.

This can be useful to keep track and explore the dataset as soon as the analysis completes, especially if you have datasets over 100k cells which can take some time to analyse.
