Discover how Nygen Analytics saves each analysis run for easy comparison, parameter optimization, and reproducibility.
The Nygen Analytics platform allows you to analyze your datasets multiple times while preserving each analysis run. Reanalysis will allow you to experiment with and optimise parameters for your analysis. Parameters and results from each analysis run are saved, enabling you to compare different analyses, track changes between runs, and ensure your data analysis process is reproducible.
You can find the Reanalyze button from the more actions button next to the ‘View’ button. See below:
All analyses run on a dataset will be saved under Available Analyses.
Step 1. From projects page, you can open the Available Analysis panel by clicking on the analyses button for the chosen dataset.
Step 2. You can find the latest analysis and all previous runs from the Available Analyses panel. This is automatically sorted with the most recent on the top.
Step 3. The default analysis is the analysis which will be loaded when you click on the 'View' button on the projects page. You can change the default analysis by using the checkbox.
Step 4. You can open the explorer for each of these analyses in a new tab and explorer them side by side, compare the clusters visually, etc.
Step 5. Expand the Parameters section to find the details on the parameters that were used for this analysis. This also include a list HVG and a methodology text which you can copy and use for your publication manuscript or reports.
